Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and aim to resolve any issues fairly and efficiently. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, returns are not automatically accepted. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
  • There is a manufacturing defect

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

Partial Refunds (Primary Resolution Method)

In many cases, we offer partial refunds as a faster and more sustainable solution that allows you to keep the product without the need to return it.

Partial refunds may be offered when:

  • The item has minor defects or cosmetic issues
  • The issue does not affect the product’s core functionality
  • The customer prefers compensation without returning the item

The refund amount is determined based on the nature of the issue and may range from 10% to 50% of the purchase price.

Once a partial refund is accepted and issued, the case is considered resolved.

Full Refunds & Returns

Full refunds are considered only in specific cases, such as:

  • Severe damage rendering the product unusable
  • Confirmed manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect item received that cannot be reasonably resolved otherwise

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Return instructions will be provided
  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected

Please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund, unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns are not accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect size, color, or model selected by the customer
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper handling
  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Processing Time for Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Once processed, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
